You can test and evaluate the products for up to 90 days from the date of receipt.

You can verify product functions, communication, and system compatibility in your actual application environment before implementation.

Rental Terms and Conditions
Please review the following terms to ensure smooth operation of the rental service.
By submitting a rental application, you are deemed to have agreed to the terms below.

Rental products are provided in accordance with FASTECH’s rental policies and procedures.
2.
The rental period begins on the date the customer receives the product and ends when the product has been returned to FASTECH.
3.
If you need to extend the rental period, please consult with our representative before the rental period ends. The rental period may not be extended without prior approval.
4.
Please check the condition of the product and all included components upon receipt. If you find any issues, please notify our representative as soon as possible after receiving the product.
5.
FASTECH shall not be liable for any accidents, damages, or losses arising from the use, installation, or storage of the product, except where such damage is attributable to FASTECH.
6.
Rental products must be used only for their intended purposes, such as product evaluation, testing, and technical review.
7.
Rental products may not be transferred, subleased, disassembled, altered, or modified without prior authorization.
8.
If the product is damaged or requires repair due to use outside the scope of normal operation, repair costs or product replacement costs may be charged.
9.
If the rental product cannot be recovered due to loss, theft, fire, or other incidents, please notify our representative immediately. If the product is lost or damaged due to circumstances attributable to the customer, the product price or an equivalent amount may be charged.
10.
If these terms are violated or if FASTECH determines that normal recovery of the product may be difficult, FASTECH may terminate the rental and request the return of the product.
11.
Rental applications may be restricted depending on the information provided in the application, product availability, intended use, and previous rental history.
